Specific services may be subject to additional terms presented before a transaction is completed.

Any virtual appraisal, estimated value, price range, market indication, or similar information provided by Curated Asset is an estimate unless expressly identified as a final valuation.

Virtual appraisals may rely on photographs, descriptions, market information, automated analysis, artificial intelligence, comparable transactions, third-party information, and other available data.

Actual value may differ based on physical condition, authenticity, provenance, market conditions, buyer demand, accessories, box and papers, service history, and other factors.

A virtual appraisal does not constitute a guarantee that an asset will sell for a particular amount.

Preliminary or virtual authenticity assessments are not formal authentication unless expressly stated otherwise.

Final authentication may require physical possession and inspection of the asset.

Curated Asset may use employees, contractors, technology, artificial intelligence, independent experts, or third-party authentication providers as part of its review process.

If you submit, list, consign, offer, or sell an asset through Curated Asset, you represent that:

• You own the asset or have legal authority to transact with it.
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• The asset is not stolen.
• The asset is not counterfeit or knowingly misrepresented.
• The asset is not subject to an undisclosed lien or ownership claim.
• Your transaction does not violate applicable law.

Curated Asset may request documentation or additional information to verify identity, ownership, provenance, or authenticity.

Submitting an asset does not guarantee that Curated Asset will accept, list, market, purchase, or obtain an offer for the asset.

Any preliminary indication of interest or value may be revised following physical inspection, authentication, market review, or receipt of additional information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, you are not required to accept an offer presented through Curated Asset.

Purchases and sales conducted through Curated Asset may be subject to additional transaction terms, including pricing, payment, shipping, inspection, authentication, returns, custody, escrow, commissions, and fees.

Those transaction-specific terms will control if they conflict with these general Terms of Use.

Certain transactions may use independent custody or escrow providers.

Where applicable, assets and funds may be held by third parties subject to their own agreements, procedures, requirements, and terms.

Curated Asset does not represent that funds are available for withdrawal or release until all applicable transaction requirements have been satisfied.

Users agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Payments may be processed through independent payment processors or financial institutions.

Users are responsible for all authorized charges, applicable taxes, fees, and other amounts associated with their transactions.

Shipping requirements, insurance coverage, transfer of risk, and responsibility for loss or damage may vary by transaction and will be governed by the applicable transaction terms.

Users must follow Curated Asset’s shipping instructions when provided.

You may not:

• Submit stolen or counterfeit property.
• Provide knowingly false or misleading information.
• Attempt to manipulate pricing or marketplace activity.
• Interfere with the website or platform.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Scrape or systematically extract platform data without authorization.
• Use Curated Asset for unlawful purposes.
• Circumvent transaction fees or platform protections.
• Impersonate another person or organization.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

The Curated Asset website, branding, software, designs, databases, pricing methodologies, text, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by Curated Asset or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit Curated Asset content or technology without written authorization.

When you submit photographs, descriptions, reviews, or other content, you retain ownership of your content but grant Curated Asset a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, display, modify, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to provide, market, improve, and operate our services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

Curated Asset may integrate with or link to third-party services.

Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Curated Asset is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

Information regarding asset prices, historical values, market trends, liquidity, appreciation, or potential future values is provided for informational purposes.

Curated Asset does not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice through general website content.

Past market performance does not guarantee future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and general informational services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Curated Asset does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, particular transaction results, buyer availability, or future asset values.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Curated Asset will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.

Any limitations applicable to individual purchases, sales, custody arrangements, authentication services, or other transactions may be addressed separately in the applicable transaction agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curated Asset and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, or knowing misrepresentation regarding an asset you submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Curated Asset may modify these Terms periodically.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
